Curried Away is proud to present one of the finest Chefs, skilled in the Art of Indian Cuisine. The recipes here are designed and monitored by Chef Prem fondly called as ‘Pastor Chef’.
Prem is an Indian and a seasoned professional Chef from Bengaluru, a cosmopolitan city in India. He has over 40 years of experience including his stint with Taj Group of Hotels and as a supervising Chef in Arabian American Oil Company (Aramco) in Saudi Arabia. He was also a culinary teacher in catering college. Every Curry recipe of his, reflects the best of his culinary journey.
Chef Lester
Lester, a Filipino who carries 15+ Years of experience as a Chef on Ships catering to his Indian customers and colleagues on board. He has a perfect understanding of Indian food, the spices and works in coordination with our Indian Chef Prem.
Janica Besonia
Janica Besonia, Founder and Owner of Curried Away, heads the overall operations of the restaurant. Janica has learnt the basics of Indian food during her 4-year stint in UAE. She also visited India to get trained in an authentic Indian restaurant in cities like at Madurai in Tamil Nadu and Bangalore in Karnataka, India.
Our team is fully trained to follow all health and safety protocols. They are also trained to provide the Indians well known hospitality.
